Frequently Asked Questions
What makes SUPERKIGER silent diesel generator sets suitable for commercial backup?
Built with heavy-duty direct-injection diesel engines, 100% copper-wound alternators, and sound-attenuated double-layer steel canopies achieving 68–72 dB(A) at 7m. Digital AVR ensures ±1.5% voltage stability, while massive flywheel inertia absorbs heavy motor starting surges without voltage collapse.
What certifications are available for customs clearance in Africa, Middle East, and Europe?
Fully certified to CE (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU), ISO 9001:2015, and SONCAP (PC/SC) for Nigeria and West Africa. Authentic third-party load test reports are provided for fast customs clearance.
What is the wholesale MOQ and container loading quantity for this diesel generator?
Standard factory MOQ is 10–20 units for standard configuration and 50 units for custom OEM branding (custom colors, control panel layouts, and dual-frequency 50Hz/60Hz). A 40HQ container typically accommodates 108 to 144 silent diesel units.
What warranty and spare parts support are provided?
Standard 12 months or 1,000 running hours warranty (whichever comes first). Full container orders include complimentary 1%–2% fast-wearing spare parts (filters, AVRs, carbon brushes, relays), with long-term factory spare parts inventory maintained.
