Portable Power Station

800W to 2000W Output

Portable Power Station OEM Guide (400Wh – 2200Wh LiFePO4 Class)

KIGERPOWER portable power stations provide lithium-battery storage with pure sine wave AC output for mobile power where grid supply and gensets are impractical. Three capacities cover 400Wh (KGH500, 450W rated), 800Wh (KGH1000, 900W rated), and 2200Wh (KGH2000, 1800W rated). All units output 100-240V AC at 50-60Hz with a sine wave waveform, conversion efficiency above 90%, and quiescent current below 100 microamps for storage applications. Charging is flexible: a 16.8V 5A adapter, faster 16.8V 10A to 20A input, and solar charging at 16.8V 5A, with the KGH500 recharging in about 3 to 6 hours, the KGH1000 in about 5 to 12 hours, and the KGH2000 in about 6 to 12 hours depending on input current. A six-protection BMS covers over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, temperature extremes, and short circuit.

400Wh to 2200Wh Capacities

104000mAh to 480000mAh lithium storage with 450W to 1800W rated output across three models.

Pure Sine Wave AC at 100-240V

Universal 100-240V AC output at 50-60Hz, safe for sensitive electronics and standard mains appliances.

Above 90% Conversion Efficiency

Quiescent current below 100 microamps reduces self-discharge, making long-term storage practical.

Adapter, Fast-Charge and Solar Input

16.8V 5A adapter, 16.8V 10A-20A fast charge, and 16.8V 5A solar charging, all to Qi standard.

Six-Protection BMS

Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, high and low temperature, and short-circuit protection on every unit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What output does each portable power station provide?

The KGH500 delivers 500W maximum / 450W rated from 400Wh, the KGH1000 delivers 1000W maximum / 900W rated from 800Wh, and the KGH2000 delivers 2000W maximum / 1800W rated from 2200Wh.

How long does each unit take to charge?

Via the 16.8V 5A adapter the KGH500 takes about 6 hours, the KGH1000 about 12 hours, and the KGH2000 about 12 hours. On fast charging at 16.8V 10A the KGH500 takes about 3 hours and the KGH1000 about 5 hours; the KGH2000 takes about 6 hours at 16.8V 20A. Solar charging at 16.8V 5A takes about 6 to 12 hours.

What ports are available on these units?

All models provide AC sockets, a cigarette lighter port rated 12-16.8V over 150W with 7A overload protection, USB QC3.0 output at 24W maximum, and USB Type-C PD3.0 output at 24W maximum. DC output range is 14.8-16.8V.

What safety protections are built in?

The battery management system provides over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, high and low temperature, and short-circuit protection. All units are rated for 1000 charge cycles and a working temperature range of -20 to 40 degrees Celsius.
